Starting from 01/06/2023, European Reliance and Allianz Hellas have merged by absorption of the former by the latter. We point out that this merger does not affect your cooperation, as it was formed with the company you had contracted until 31/05/2023, as the consolidated company, with the above name, automatically becomes the universal successor in rights, obligations and legal relationships (with suppliers, customers and third parties in general).
